Tarago River "Shadows of Blue" is very creamy, very mild, and very more-ish.

$54/kg at Fig Jam (9443 8233), The Mezz, cnr Scarborough Beach Rd & Flinders, Mt Hawthorn.

If you're interested in developing a taste for it then Shadows of Blue wouldn't be a bad gateway cheese. It's hardly blue at all, hence the name.

Though the leftovers weren't so mild the following day :P
